Thanks to the work of pro-gun patriots across the Hoosier State, Constitutional Carry is on the move through the House in record time!

Following a marathon FOUR HOUR hearing in the Public Policy Committee, lawmakers passed Constitutional Carry HB 1077 by a vote of 9-3.

But the work isn’t done!

With HB 1077 up for 2nd Reading as early as Monday, gun owners must keep up the pressure to get Constitutional Carry past the House…

…as well as start the process of passing Constitutional Carry through Senate.

Will, I’m counting on you to contact your State Representative and tell them to pass HB 1077 immediately!

After contacting your State Representative, we must set the table for the Senate to hear Constitutional Carry immediately upon arrival.

For that, I urgently need you to call Senate Judiciary Chair Liz Brown’s office at (317) 232-9414 and tell her you are expecting ZERO DELAYS on Constitutional Carry.

As you know, Constitutional Carry simply eliminates license requirements for law-abiding gun owners to carry their legally owned guns without jumping through bureaucratic hoops.

Putting an end to expensive fees and being fingerprinted like a common criminal only to wait for government approval and a permission slip.

Just our protected constitutional right to the Second Amendment, just as the founders intended.

Last year, Montana, Tennessee, Iowa, Utah, and Texas joined the ranks of Constitutional Carry, bringing the total to 21 states.

And with HB 1077 passing the Public Policy Committee, Indiana now has the opportunity to become the 22nd Constitutional Carry state.

There is no reason Hoosiers should enjoy less freedom than nearly half of the American population!

But with your help, Indiana can once again be a leading pro-gun state instead of falling behind.

That is why I need this from you today:

1. Contact your State Representative by clicking here.

2. Call Senate Judiciary Chair Liz Brown’s office at (317) 232-9414 and tell her you are expecting ZERO DELAYS on Constitutional Carry

3. Forward this email to pro-gun friends, family, and colleagues.

4. Make a generous donation to Hoosier Gun Rights to help fund this important fight.

If every Second Amendment supporter in Indiana contacts their State Representative, as well as Senator Brown, Constitutional Carry will fly to the Governor’s desk.

Your voice, along with other pro-gun patriots, will be the key to making Constitutional Carry a reality in Indiana.

But with the hesitation of weak-kneed legislators in Indianapolis, this fight will require tireless persistence from gun owners like you.

In the end, Second Amendment patriots will be the difference in getting Constitutional Carry passed in the Senate.

And those same patriots will see it delivered to Governor Holcomb’s desk to be signed into law.

As you can probably imagine, however, this isn’t going to be easy or cheap.

So I’m hoping once you’ve contacted your State Representative, you would please consider a generous contribution to Hoosier Gun Rights.

Will, chipping in $20 or $30 goes a long way to help mobilize more pro-gun Hoosiers.

Even a personal sacrifice of just $10 will go a long way towards getting the word out.

Every penny will go to this important fight, and the more we raise, the better chance we have of making Indiana the 22nd Constitutional Carry state.

So please consider making your most generous contribution.

Regardless of what you can do, thank you for your vigilance and continued support of the Second Amendment in Indiana.

Together, there’s no doubt we can see Constitutional Carry cross the finish line!

For Freedom,

Will Fite
Director of Legislation
Hoosier Gun Rights
